In the first appearance of Billy, when he turns his back to Ivy to talk to Lena, Ivy's face changes there. Getting the posh outfit for Lena and Jeremy commenting on it puts a damper on Ivy's mood.
Well obviously it is. But right now, Ivy is hoping to become a successful model, and that's all she's focussing on ultimately. My guess is, things won't go the way she hopes. And failing to become a wildcat's model was the first step towards that. Plus, as other people have suggested, Billy's modelling agency may actually be focussed on porn?
