Using Axel's model for Ian...I can't imagine Ian who looks like Axel being a cuck, but I think if an ugly bastard can ntr good looking men, why not? Ian's perfect the way he is, it makes him realistic plus other guys are superficial. With the right choices, you can turn Ian into Chad though. Also, just because Lena looks like a model, that doesn't mean that she doesn't struggle in life like others.

I would say men are more likely to cheat but women have way more opportunities to do it, so the end result is about equal or more on women's side, specially if you remove prostitution as an option (which has been stigmatized in some countries for the last decade or so). But this is just generalizing, at the end of the day people are individuals.
