But comparing a sugar daddy to a sugar daddy, he's the echelon Arthur wishes to be. Arthur is pretty physical from the get-go whereas Seymour is about ruining a girl mentally. ORS delves more into mind games than GGGB.

I agree. That is why I like the LSD arc in ORS while the AAI arc in GGGB is rather bland in comparison, in my view.Popularity-wise, Seymour is cooked!

Axel is on a cruise trip with Cindy, so I highly doubt that he'd be in this update. Also, Lena and Seymour are going to Rome.

As of now, this upcoming update has only ever been described as Seymour's section of chapter 13. No other content for this weekends release has been mentioned.
The section releasing AFTER this weekends update will be the rest of Lena's content. But that is going to take another few months before it releases. Then the third part will be back to Ian, which will be even further down the road.
For now only expect Seymour to receive content. Even though EK does sometimes like to throw in curve balls, this update was produced pretty fast, so don't expect any surprises.

2. Takes a long ass time if you think about it. As branching grows more, so does the dev time. So be patient about it. She does release the game in small patches so it's alright.
3. Possible chapter till 20. So we are not that far behind.

Whether or not Eva is a woman, I don't think it's confirmed by the dev. Usually, it takes a couple of months for releases. ORS should have 15-16 chapters.
