Because EK said they wanted to try something else, more grounded with this new game. It's not a matter of daring, but simply setting different goals for oneself. So "already did it in the past" is, if anything, making it less likely there's going to be an identical encore.

Although certainly, there's no actual guarantee that such scene(s) won't be included.

Considering the direction of the game and all likelyhood of things? It's bound to happen, just to pander and sell more content while shafting the story with completely out of left field, zero build up at all scenes just to have 'Lena get railed/cuck Ian/whatever fetish is the most trending' in terms of scenes.

Meanwhile there is Ivy who haven't gotten a proper pairing with Ian in 3, going on to 4 years now. Emma is radio silent from Ian's life now for whatever reasoning... So I'm fully expecting a shaft job of the highest order and more fetish pandering here on out. And to think... this game ACTUALLY HAD POTENTIAL to be something different from GGGB. To have an actual story and characters that were just tropes or fetish beacons.

So, instead of asking me this question and shifting the burden on me, how about you make your point in full first and describe precisely how you evaluate this "catering to" Minerva's and Cindy's paths? I have also presented my reasoning. You were saying that my reasoning were just "presumptuous". You ignored the points that I made. No facts? Like I said it's not just about sex scenes but scenes in general. Cindy has a lot more content and presence in the game. Even in gallery, she has more artwork. And my point still stands. That's exactly my point. People have pointed out that Cindy gets a lot of attention in game. You can literally see that Cindy is more catered to. It's odd how you keep making irrelevant points. Minerva having the same actual sex scenes with Cindy is not the same as Minerva having the same content as Cindy.
I have described what "catered to" means. And if you don't know what it means, then you can read it in the dictionary. You have the burden on you because you were saying this is just my presumption even though I have given points how that is the case. You were saying crying "presumption, presumption" and then when pointed out that your argument can be also easily be cried with another "presumption, presumption", you say strawman.
