I'm dumb and misunderstood how to install LOL, i took the files out of the JDMOD folder and put them in the game file, thanks for help

The Patreon post is paywalled for seven days anyway; he won't update the thread with free links until then. So being geoblocked only matters if you're willing to pay, in which case I can imagine he might be willing to work something out with you (assuming venmo, Paypal, etc aren't also geoblocked).
