I wonder why EK is moving to another country. Barcelona is number two in my cities to live in, just after where I currently live.

Maybe she indeed just wanted to move to Dubai . Also I heard the locals in Barcelona aren't fond of tourists moving there, buying all the homes and driving the prices up. Could be false. Just what I heard.

Yeah, I heard about it too. Tourists are not welcomed in another country too because of the same reason but I can't remember in which.
