Devious characters like Stan score high on lists because that's what people like about Evakiss game GGGB and by extension ORS. GGGB relied more on sex kinks than on vanilla sex. Like fans favorite ugly bastard Arthur.
Now ORS started like a Boy meets Girl type of story but those who have been following Eva since GGGB expect dark fetishes. Imo Stan is gonna be a sub or a cuck for Lena, like when she fucks Ian and Stan watches. But time will tell what Eva has in store for him.

It's understandable, Eva is not exactly a professional illustrator for comics/graphic novel, nor she is a 2d animator(as far as I know), it is bound to happen, from different angles, the same character would look different, sometimes may even be unrecognizable, but that's when other features of a character come in, they help you anchor that same character, such as hair color, skin tone, earring etc. Eva tried her best, that's for sure.
Today I was playing the famous Cindy Scene at the End of Chapter 7 again and I keep thinking about it because yes, Cindy is definitely one of the hottest and most interesting Routes for future Updates but also kind of really difficult to handle. Actually I think ths easiest Way for the Game would be some sort of "forbidden affair" between Ian and Cindy behind Wades and other Peoples backs because this could work without changing too much of the Games Status Quo but if Eva is planning a real "Love" Route for Cindy this could be difficult and would change a lot because there should be many steps to reach this Point (Breakup with Wade and the Consequences for the whole Group - Ian maybe losing a lot of friends and the Situation with Wade because of this - Cindy running away from this for a certain time (like she did before) - Ian and Cindy then slowly somehow coming together again and falling in love?) I still don't know how and what to expect with this Route

I think till at least ch10, Cindy will be with Wade but also cheat with Ian like Minerva. I think she said at Ch.7, we're about at ⅓ of her original roadmap. But these things are always due for adjustment as we go along.

Well you can't really compare those scenes lol. Ian and Cindy fucked out in public and got caught, so obviously there will be drama. Lena and Jeremy are in private, so no one will know unless either of them tell somebody (or if Stan was spying again)...
