Not long ago I wrote this comment in which I attempt to predict the scenes that we will be getting in the next update. Since then, 3 Months have passed and in that time we got like, 6 more "weekly" updates that revealed some new information about the update. As we are just few strokes away from it, I wanted to do an update of my own of the "Scene Bingo", using that new information:
Scene 1: Ian/Allison/Jeremy Threesome
This is a sure one as we already saw a teaser for it during the

Judging by the wording in the update, this is most definitely Lena and as she seems to be posing on a bedsheet (?) it's most likely a scene with either Axel or Seymour. I lean more into Axel since it looks like his bedsheet we see in Chapter 9. The update also talks about "3 big lewd scenes" that need finishing; this is probably one of them (between Lena and Axel).I think you hit the nail on its head with most of these, BUT I don't think Axel is going to be involved in any of these. I, like many of us here, replayed ORS in the last week and for the photoshoot at Axel's place, Cindy says she has to go this time because Axel is going to be gone for 2 weeks. To me this basically confirmed that he won't be in the next update. Furthermore after Lena has sex with him, she thinks that Axel seemed like he had gotten over her, so I doubt Lena will have a scene with him this time around.

In one of the "weekly" updates, EvaKiss says that she wanted to further the story of every character. I doubt Axel is sitting this update out after a whole year of nothing. Maybe in one of the routes where Lena doesn't fuck him or something like that.
That's fair. I still doubt that the next scene with Axel will be a photoshoot with Lena or Cindy, considering that was the exact premise of his scene in the last update.
