Why so many games have oversized dicks? I am fine with oversized dicks in comic style game, or more cartoon one, like Summertime Saga but some games are trying to be a bit more serious and the MC dick looks like after 10 paraffin injections. Why? It really turns me off from most of the games.

I'll be honest, I don't like elephant dicks in my games either but I think we are the minority. I think it has to do with some sort of power fantasy that guys have where knowing they have the biggest dick makes them feel superior over other men maybe. I know that I enjoy dirty talk about how great my dick is than about how small/inadequate it is.
The default dick is huge, my guess is some devs don't resize it. My MC's dick is generous but not massive, but I still made it a tad thinner than it was as its easier to get into the girl bits.

That depends on which product you use. The Daz original gens have a normal size.
There are several reasons for big dicks in games imo:
- Some wannabe alpha males think big dick = manly alpha male man
- It can be a fetish for some (stretching that pussy out to the max, or push it deep into her belly and even further)
- some people happen to have a small dick and maybe try to compensate in such games (?)
- And I guess there are also people who think that these sometimes huge dicks in porn are the norm and not the exception...

Most of the devs I have talked to have said its due to "posing/animation limitations"... When they have an average or small dick, when they animate a sex scene the dick barely touches the female's pussy lips... let alone penetrate...

That's such a lame excuse... it shows just the lazyness on the dev's side, of course you have problems with this if you only use premade poses, and of course you have problems with this if you don't know how to change/correct a pose.
I'm not saying that there aren't other reasons, like time or ressources (which is a big factor especially for animations), but what you mentioned is nothing more than a simple excuse for beeing lazy.

I agree 100% with you, it differentiates the good devs from the "newer" ones... Not everyone is going to be able to edit a pose again and again till its spotless, most are just thinking "good enough"... so pre-made poses are obviously going to be used more than creating their very own...
However to be fair I prefer they use that excuse (not enough posing talent) when asked, rather than the lameass excuse someone used earlier... power fantasy ? wanting to feel alpha as fuck ? thats horseshit... its as bad as the NTR defenders saying "those poloygons that compose the female model arent really your waifu, and your not the male MC"... that applies to less than 20% of the people !!
