No, Neus is really bad and since the game is forcing her on us, i hopped off a while ago.
On the contrary, thats a bad ending. Per what Neus says on the 3rd date, Didac wouldn't be the only one that those who dwell in shadows pull a "Kill it with fire" stunt on. Neus dies off screen too hence why Jordi never sees her again afterwards.

It is explained that if you did that, Didac and neus would have been automatically combusted into ashes and nothing would be proved

In terms of the trans part, if you decide to meet up with Meritxell for the 2nd time a trans woman named Hiromi shows up. Meritxell will ask you to help out with a situation regarding Hiromi which leads to a minigame regarding domming her. Quick question: I want to start this game, but see that it's almost 5 years old.
Is the game almost at it's end?
Is it maybe worthwhile to wait until the game is completed?
Nowadays I like to start playing games that is closer to completion since the waiting in between updates for very short updates is not something I'm fond of.

You're probably better off waiting a while longer - there are several branches that aren't completed and, by the looks of it, it will take some time until they are. The last few updates have been small.
That said, I have enjoyed this game even in its unfinished state - the story for the main storyline is there it's just the art that's missing. So if you decide to give it a try I don't think you'd be disappointed.
