Go to 'Hacker Room', and complete the 'AbortionOverride' at least once...

On a side note, once you did it, it will unlock a new 'pregnancy' feature throughout the game.

but men's that... not working. If you want to mem's, edit resource file. Unnamed asset-sharedassets2.assets_org-122.txt in sharedassets2.assets file. edit all colMask to 1.0f. But result is... It's bether mosaic one than uncensored. just like a stick.
