If you have something like that, it probably means that Windows is broken. Have fun. XD I know the problem myself and had to reinstall my system because of it. There is no other way to solve it.

Latest version fixes some of the annoying crashes. I still prefer the first one over the second because of some character interactions, but I still have to finish the game.

Yea he certainly does and its not like it's actual garbage either, the work he turns out is typically the same quality or even better art-wise than the last one thing he worked on (well at least I think but this is subjective). I just downloaded ~0.7 like 2 weeks ago and definitely did not know 1.0 was so close around the corner.

I have no issues on my side ... but your problem reminds me of the Infinite-Load-/Black-Screen-Bug with some RPGM by KADOKAWA ...
Did you try to copy the Fonts folder of a working NW game into Para Ark 2 ?
Might be worth a shot ... before setting up a fresh OS ...

Not gonna reinstall perfectly working OS coz of this game
