Java - Completed - Paradise Found [v1.0.04] [Alcahest]

This game is a master class in slow burn corruption. Normally corruption games (especially those that rely on drugs/magic/hypnotism to corrupt) aren't appealing to me, even when they try to take it slow, because its the substance doing all the work to corrupt, which feels cheap.

There is a drug you use to corrupt the women in this game, but its main purpose is to facilitate the baseline "porn logic" setting that other games will have without any explanation at all (like why would your entire family just so happen to be down for incest with the same dude when they could easily get dick somewhere else). You still basically have to do all the work of bringing them over by understanding their personality, desires, and quirks and playing off them.

And when I said slow burn, I mean it, the game slowly drags you through every bit of progress with the characters resisting at most every turn, Especially the mother, who I think was particularly well done. This doesn't feel contrived, but rather a realistic portrayal of the guilt any responsible person would feel with these temptations. If you need a steady stream of sex scenes then you'll be disappointed but if you enjoy constantly ratcheting sexual tension and dwindling plausible deniability then there's few better games on this site I've seen.

Cons: The incest content is superior to the rest but you still must complete other routes in order to complete the story and often progress will be blocked until you progress other unrelated routes. Characters outside of the family don't generally interact so this didn't feel necessary to me. There is also a severe lack of group sex between main characters, which I understand because of the limitation of using already existing content. I hope this developer plans future projects with group sex in mind from the beginning and chooses models accordingly.

it has been a while since i finished this game and i actually miss it. it is that good. there is a woman for every taste, story is actually deep and grind is just on point. i am open to suggestions for similar games

i recommend this game to you if you like slow very slow build up teasing and corruption i think this game is the best in both categories on how slow the build up was, i don't remember the exact timing but it was a few days before i got any action in the game and it wasnt intercourse this is how slow of a build up this was but i fucking loved it.
the choice of the porn actresses in the game was phenomenal i didnt even know most of these girls but i fucking loved them.
its funny how real porn games makes you familiar with a porn star more than actual movies would do, its like you make a connection a bond with them.

There's some ways to postpone game play time:
One is making game harder,the other is making you repeatedly same things over and over again by-
using split video clip into very small pieces to force players to grind into just want to see the complete sex scene...

Perhaps one of the best games over all I've played, and definitely one of the best real porn games.

I like the intricate story and the thoughtful composition of it.
All women have an interesting path which intertwine with other women as well.

The porn scenes are well composed too, all things considered this must be one of the toughest parts of creating a good real porn game, to have the scenes play well with the story.

The game isn't without it's flaws, I got stuck on some events which the game wanted me to idle for quite some time. Having to fast forward days without doing anything was boring, at times however you had more than a hand full[1]
I also don't like the porn star selected for the therapist, but that's me.

As a side note for another thing that impressed me is that the whole thing is written in Java. Anyone familiar with coding UI's in Java I guess would agree this is quite a feat!

When I read all the positive reviews, I can't help but wonder: Have these people played the same game?

Obviously they have, it's just that different people have different tastes.
For me, PF leaves a LOT to be desired.

It's a real porn game, and the inherent weakness of these games, that you can either only depict these things you have photos/video for starring a given actor/actress or have the same character represented by a variety of real life actors is solved very elegantly here. It's almost as if the creator knew what footage to use to begin with and skillfully crafted a narrative around it.
Excellent job at that part.

(Technically, I guess it's arguable if this should even be mentioned in a review of this game, because it doesn't come with the "media pack", but I think we all know this is just a circumnavigation of Patreons anti-porn rules. Fair enough.)

The writing itself is also pretty solid, no machine translation smell at all, probably a native speaker, and it shows.

But with the writing we get to the story, and the plot, memory loss only overcome by sexual arousal ... where mom and the sisters conveniently volunteer to lend a hand with said arousal ... ah well, the narrative almost holds up better in the landlady/friends version.

The corruption is nice and slow ... well, make that a capital SLOW. Three times talking to someone to raise the relationship by one point? Cmon.
There IS a turbo mode in the cheats, but playing the game "as intended" is a painful crawl. And for the most part, you do nothing but pick a door either in your house or in your neighborhood to retread the same ground and raise a score by one point every three visits, every now and then revealing an additional scene. It's a grindfest.

And the game doesn't even have the "good things" that usually come with a sandbox. There's only a small number of locations to visit, and hardly ever a reason to visit any of them but the houses in your street. Even there, the characters follow the ever same routines, so the player also has to do the same thing for stat grinding purposes. There's even hard walls (scenes you need to trigger first) every now and then dragging out progress even further.

There's very little picking this map location over the other to focus on one story or the other, no wardrobe to fill or jobs to work, it's just always the same treadmill for no apparent reason.

The pacing of the eyeballs-rolling porn level plot IS solid, however, but the time and effort you have to expend in order to follow it is, in my opinion, totally not worth it. YMMV, obviously, maybe you are more like the majority of reviewers this game has and like what's on offer?

If you don't care about the grind and find the story appealing, this might very well be a game for you.
Just give it a try and see for yourself, at the very least you'll quickly get a gimpse of what the game is all about.

I've never been a fun of real porn games, mostly due to the situation not correlation with the videos or emotion of the people in the video.

But this game is a completely different story, the author is a pure evil master of creating the illusion that the actresses are basically participating in this game. Best porn game ever, or at least with real porn.

- no family threesome, one scene or two are close to this but neve happens, and it was maybe in the end the hottest to me, but if the author went further with it this game would be a masterpiece and a blow-up for a sexual tense in the game. Very sad about it. I wish for a new version with this all added.
- Some characters don't really add much to the story and after you finish their plot line you instantly forget about them, sad. But it happens mostly cuz they don't cross with other characters (e.g. Chrissy has less time in the game but has higher presense cuz she's appearing with many characters, dev, keep it in mind in the next game please, that characters need to communicate between each other for the world to seem alive).

Stil, 5 out of 5 cuz everything in this game is just amazing

Simply the best game here for me.
Here we have an immersive incest kink with a very good progression, it's not just corrupt and sex. Every character have their own personality and it's not shown only by text, but also with the sandbox effect where you have to influence the characters step by step depending of them, not on you.
The only reproach i can do is the moddability, the scenes are written from the real porn video, i would like to mod this game with different pornstars but the story is to much "story-driven" by the video existing. Maybe sometime a porn director would see the opportunity to associate with a game creator and scenarist like alcahest to do an open world porn game like this.

I'm about 50%-ish through the game (Aunt Julia arrives) and I'm loving it.
The vids are plentiful and mostly match the scene's text.
The Kyra puzzle makes for an interesting twist on a regular harem-ish game.
The grind is fairly low, with the game introducing skippable scenes that still give you memory health.
The "Cheats" are less "cheaty" and more for lessening the grind (eg: if memory health <100, one cheat can auto-skip any available scene that'll increase memory health when you advance time).

I've spent a lot of time playing this game...and I really really want to like it, because I enjoy a lot of Real Porn Gamesand I really like the models used. I just can't quite get there....it's...just....soooo....grindy.

I tried really hard to like this game because it does so many things so well, but in the end I just had to put it down. It has a decent story which sits just on the porny side of nonsense and realism. The scenes and events are fun and put on a nice slow burn corruption. The pseudo-psychology driving the story was kinda interesting too.

Unfortunately, the game is rather grindy. Events take just a little too long to unlock and need to be replayed a number of times before you can advance to new ones. The game does its best to make you aware of what you need to do to advance without rubbing it in your face, but sometimes things still are a little unclear.

The last bit is a personal thing, but a male masturbation focus, even in front of girls, just came across as awkward and occasionally creepy to me. It wasn't completely awful since the game lives in porn logic land, but a lot of the scenes ended up feeling uncomfortable instead of sexy.

All in all, your mileage may vary. The game aspects are good, the story aspects are adequate, and the porn is great.

Default its to grindy, can be solved by setting the gamespeed higher in the cheatmenu.

This is "drug the girls to get them horny to progress the game" type of game. There is no "real" story here except that you got amnesia and to keep it away you need to masturbate/participate in sexual encounters

The best thing I can say about the game is the amount and quality of the GIFs.

The less good things are the dragging of the game, even when playing with the cheat mode to reduce the grinding, the progression of the game is really slow and after more than 10h in when you still didn't even had penetration scene (except 1), I think it is way too slow, especially when there is nothing in the game to back it up, like good story and mechanics.

The game doesn't really give you any choice or any player agency. At the beginning I tried to restrain myself from drugging some characters but I found really fast that I can't continue the game, so I lost any immersion the game tried(?) to build.

Many times the "story" tries to accommodate the porn scenes and most of the time it is just ridiculous to the point I can't decide if it's funny or just lazy.

My final thoughts are that you could gain more from just watching plain porn.

Paradise Found is a good porn game dragged down by some strange decisions. Although the core conceit of the setting is the all too common magic sex drug trope, the interactions with the characters are mostly interesting and are what kept me playing through to the end. However, getting to that ending took many hours longer than it should have due to the reliance on repeating the same event multiple times to progress and the strange inter-dependencies between story lines. This is doubly frustrating where those dependencies don't really have any apparent link to each other. The dev seems to be aware of this issue and has included a cheat mode to reduce the grind, but look - if you need to include a cheat to make the game playable, maybe you should fix the mechanic. It also doesn't help that due to the strange dependencies, there are serious content droughts in a playthrough where you're waiting on finishing grinds of a single event to unlock further progression. With some tuning, the events could be more spread out and the game would have a much better flow.

Finally, my feelings on the story, so spoilers and subjectivity ahead! The game does a decent job of characterising the women as they have actual different personalities. There's also some intrigue, and the therapist story is amusing all the way through. Unfortunately, the neighbor storylines as well as the renter storyline are much sorter than the rest.
All of that said, this is vastly superior to the bulk of other porn games out there and I look forward to the dev's next effort.

Hands down the best real porn game I've played on this site. I really enjoyed about 4/5s of this game, but then it started to fall apart by the end.

The gameplay is sandbox style, and your goal is to build your relationships with all of the women and get them to help you restore your amnesia. The game starts kind of slow, which may be a problem for some people, but I enjoyed the build because it felt realistic. On the flip side, the illegal nature of the plot is actually pretty funny because of how unrealistic it is, but I didn't mind it too much because the writing is engaging for the most part and takes the subject matter seriously. I also really enjoyed the creativity, especially with how the game handles psychology and how the porn clips are implemented in the game.

That being said, the story does begin to fall apart near the end. It becomes very apparent when the developer decided "alright I have to end this soon" because some of the routes end abruptly, like Avery and Jolee, or involves progressing past a "milestone" with rape. The whole game involves manipulating women (through drugging and being suggestive) into going further sexually to help you with your amnesia, yet this protagonist ends up raping two of the women to progress their routes. Of course the girls end up liking it (plot convenience!) but this just goes to show how rushed these routes were.

Come to think of it, I ended up finding all of the routes to be unsatisfying by the end, which is a shame. I think another reason for this is because of the protagonist. I was initially sympathetic towards his plight, but he started becoming annoying and cringeworthy as the game went on. For example, in Kyra's route, he constantly asks her if he can bang her friends, which makes him comes off as desperate. I don't get it either, as Kyra is hotter than her friends, and banging them is bad for his memory. Would you constantly try to bang women that are bad for you when you already have a bunch you're already banging that are good for you? I definitely wouldn't. It felt like these scenes were included just so this game would have threesomes. While more content is usually a good thing, shoehorning scenes in makes the overall game less enjoyable. Speaking of shoehorning, Antonella shouldn't even be in this game because her route is extremely short and laughably stupid.

Overall, while the last 1/5th of this game is unsatisfying, the rest is really good. If you're interested in real porn games, I definitely recommend giving this one a shot.

This is one of my first goes at a Java game and I'm pleasantly surprised.

The girls are enticing. You'll interact with your fam at a select few places around the home, as in the bathrooms, bedrooms, pool etc. There's also your therapist, an aunt, and two neighbors - one of which has a daddy complex.

The plot is straight forward. You suffer from amnesia and what's proven to help you is the mental spike from extraordinary sex, so your therapist encourages you to bowchikabowwow.

The sex starts slow with you watching. The idea is that you stabilize your mind and amnesia before going further. Scenes are cuts from real porn with the guy's face cropped out to avoid ruining immersion.

The writing is pretty good. Considering the repetition in scenes, the edits and dialog is different enough to keep it semi-interesting. I especially liked the psycho-analysis and parts of Kira arc - though that went bananas in the end.


I'd recommend this to those who have a decent amount of free time and patience - though you can speed things up with the built in cheats.

• some story arcs are entertaining, although silly
• Kira is terribly annoying in the beginning, but then her story arc is unexpected and engaging, until…

The meh:

• the gameplay is basically a VN with no real choices, but at least the boring grinding is mostly skippable (with cheats enabled)
• the interface is ugly (Java…) but I don't care too much, it works
• there are some continuity errors in the images (like different haircuts, tattoos, ages, guys, and how big is that pool again?), but I suppose they would be hard to avoid, having to pick many different sets from the same actresses
• the story premise and several plot points are stupid, but whatever, I'm not expecting Dostoevsky
• there's quite a big tits obsession here, I wouldn't mind more smaller ones for a change

The bad:

• too many situations are awkward or creepy
• Kira's story ends in a horribly disappointing manner
• some women are so much brainless idiots (or worse), that their story arcs are more annoying than anything else
• it's extremely difficult to fap when my hands are so busy facepalming
• lots of fake tits

The unacceptable:

• the protagonist is pathetic and spineless and constantly begs for nudes or sex, and at the same time he's a liar and a criminal who deceives, drugs, abuses and even rapes every woman he comes into contact with. I have no sympathy for him whatsoever and realistically he should be in prison, alongside that other psychopath that is Angela

Caters to very specifically to the fetish of masturbating in front of women, to the point penalizing you for actually having sex. Not my thing, if it's yours, fair enough.

Other than that, the pretext of memory loss feels forced and the MC doesn't really seem to care that much about anything. The writing in general is all over the place. The characters are boring and one dimensional and the gameplay is grindy as hell.

Despite this it's still better than most of what's on this site.

I like the game, i really do, but it feels like it could have so much more content. It feels like so much more could have been done and make it feel a lot less linear. The memory loss gimmick is cool but after a while it becomes a non issue, a bit annoying if anything.

like i said i would recommend it but i guess i put my expectations too high.
