Yeah, it's fixed on the Beta branch, will roll out to default on Thursday, and then public a week after that.

How do you unlock Rachel and Grace and the caves area? I've run out of things to do on this playthrough and I think I missed a trigger. Olga also won't move off the ship.

I just played it a few weeks back, but your question is a little bit too complex to answer, the game is very very complex.
I just copied all the walkthroughs from all the girls in different word documents, so I could strikethrough the stuff I already had done.
Sometimes you need to finish a quest for one girl, to be able to progress with another.
On the left side you have a 'tab' were you can click on, where you see al the open quests, those quests you often can find in the walkthroughs, to see what needs to be done. Unfortunately you cannot see which quests have been done.
What I often found helped a lot is looking at your phone, and contacts, there you see the progress of each girl, most quests trigger when you have enough points with one girl or the other. So if you don't have 25, 50, 75, 100 points, you can try talking to them, if you answer the right questions they get points until the limit is reached, mostly that will trigger another quests.
Most you probably already knew, but it's the only hint I can give you, without replaying the whole game again...

It's almost at the end, every girl needs to become his soulmate, half your girls you can already do that.
And probably they need to be saved from the island, and probably his brother needs to be found.

I will be honest, being that this is at least in part, a Lost parody, I am kind of worried about the potential endings. A dream is at least better than everyone being dead already, and they only show up there/are found when they die in the real world, but hopefully it will be something nicer for everyone we like.

But yeah, it's a full time team. Atm the flexible media team (across both Paradise Lust and Sinners Landing) consists of 2 coders (I'm handling Sinners Landing atm, Doug remains on Paradise Lust). Two animators (Sven and Chastitty), a puppeteer (handling the character setup, camera movement, etc... I don't think she has a porn name, though), two writers (Kimura and Chase), and 3 art interns. We've also got a couple of 2D outsource artists we occasionally outsource stuff to.
It changes across the lifetime of a project. Code's a bottleneck at the beginning, art was one until we scaled up the number of artists involved, and writing is something that sometimes takes the time it takes (Chase was out with hardcore covid for 2 weeks, for example, bringing that project to a crashing stop).

I dont think i missed any of the girls i have unlocked.
I also did all the Jacuzzi and Pool with all the girls 5 times.
I might load an early save and go through the story all over again to see if i trigger something.
For the build rolling out tomorrow we're adding more information on this (so it won't say "get closer to X" if you actually need to do something else, like chill in the jacuzzi).
