We do have the spankbank saves (all the sex scenes, playable from the main menu), but that's about it. Having said that, previous saves are compatible with this version.

The tile jigsaw got nerfed hard (the tile background used to be the same color as the tiles, which made it a giant PITA). The chemicals minigame was a lot harder the first time I solved it, when there wasn't a counter underneath each slot telling you what the current count was
The only problem regarding previous saves is that the spankbank is not unlocked for completed quests. I understand the complexity, maybe checking at load would be feasible?

There's romance with some of the girls. Andrea, obviously, and Raven has a pure-sex and a romance-and-sex route. Jenny's likely got a romance route as well, it's still being written.
