Hmm, maybe I just did something wrong when installing the mods. I'll try to install them again on a clean game folder and I'll post here if the error still persists.

Edit: Got the same error as slayer991 when I first tried to start the game but just starting the game the second time seems to have fixed it haha (this worked for both NhKPaNdA and SomeGuyWithNoImagination's mods). I might have confused the fix with that of changing the patch file.

Sometimes rempy do not update the new files as it must do, which cause this kind of error. And the second time you start the game, it update the files and the error is gone.

In the first start the game must be recompiled ... new .rpy by the mod.
In this game config.developer is enabled so there is the check duplicated labels , new .rpy (the mod) and .rpyc in archive.rpa have the same labels ... so errors.
Second time the game is just compiled so no errors , rpyc outside .rpa are in priority so normally no problems.

To avoid the error:
config.developer = False
or (cleaner solution)
extract .rpa with unren option 1 , delete .rpa from game folder , now the mod overwrite the old rpy/rpyc so no duplicate labels.

Re-added deleted Sofi scene to gallery.
Fully unlocked the gallery.

The second file, gallery_unlock.rpy simply does exactly what you'd think. My mod already has it installed however you can install it standalone if you don't want the walkthrough or extra Sofi scene.

That did the trick.

I tried clean unzips of 1.0, then the port and it still crashed.

Clean unzip of ParentalLove 1.0, unzipped this mod and copied the game folder over. No issues. Thank you!

This is only a port of the 0.99 mod to run on v1.0 without crashing. It doesn't add any of the new content. I also have not played the update myself at the moment. If nobody has released an update with the new content by the time I play it, I might do it myself.

I know it has been brought up earlier but to help summarise why she left. I'm not sure if there had been any issues on other mods but as far as I've seen the problems really hit the fan so to speak was with as said earlier with Summertime Saga when the game updated from version 0.19.5 to version 0.20 when the game mainly updated the plot of the game and after a good number of weeks (exact number i can't recall) Lain updated her mod with the main difference being the walkthrough not there anymore due to as stated clashes with game code and mod code, and during the time in between game update and mod update there were lots of people almost every day asking when it will be updated and then pretty much that day of mod update there were people upset over there being no walkthrough to the point of leaving bad reviews and on top of that there was as far as I recall at least 1 person who was calling her out on what little was actually added which was 2 new extra scenes and a new fan art character added. this all added up to her saying how she really wasn't up to updated the mod anymore and as for anything else after that I'm not sure kinda stop looking at much after so the threats and doxing are new to me with to me is really sad that this is how people react to not getting something they like and I really do feel for Lain and hope that she may come back but I wouldn't be surprise if she doesn't and if so all the power to her.

Yeah I mean it got nasty after that because they mistook Lain for her being part of the dev team and took it out on her... It was the most childish tantrum I had ever seen from this community... now everyone is paying for it :'(

I have a monkey brain and didn't realize how easy getting the last path is.
Here's the mod with an updated walkthrough to get the last path.

Because I'm so lazy, the choice is now green instead of greyed out. Saves me control + c and control + v'ing a few more lines.

Edit: Please keep scrolling since the Ada path on this one is borked and I've fixed it in a version posted further on.

You can get the path by making literally one choice. When I saw that, I fucking lost it laughing at myself. This is effectively the entire update to the mod, except that I also deleted some redundant code and files.

Yes. The final path that was added is incredibly simple to get. Quite literally the second choice in the game.

If I had been a game creator, I'd have said **** you to those people by locking content to patrons-and-lain-patrons only. Like, if you can't play nice you don't get to play at all. Lain knew about the mods being posted here and I bet she's regretting letting it happen now.

Download the .pdf walkthrough in the main game thread and check your choices according to that. I followed it when I did it my way and it worked perfectly.

Sorry about the delay. Real life was busy yesterday and frankly this game hasn't been at the front of my memory today. Anyways, here's an updated mod.

Fixed Ada's route as well as fixing issues where you'd just pass through choices without choosing one.

Update: Please scroll down. Ada's route was still fucked in this version and it took one more to get it fixed. Hopefully everything is ironed out now.
