Did you go through Elsa's storyline completely first? Dating Anna doesn't become available until after you finish Elsa.

Aurora's outfit will likely be undressing her completly as she sleeps. Casual sleeping outfit and following combo: Remove sheet, Top, Jerk off, Top, Jerk off, Bottom, Bottom

Belle will likely be nude with hair up or down. Just see which one you are missing, change her outfit to the one with the hair position you are missing and have sex scene during which say yes to strip option.
Same with Elsa. You are likely missing hair up which is coronation dress and Riding Sex scene to strip her.

Maybe the dev feels that, thanks largely to Akabur, there's already more than enough Jasmine to be found in other games.

I feel like Jasmine, and Maleficent are the big characters for their reasons, and the dev probably keep them closer to the end of the game than at the current stage, but I'm sure we might get other cooler girls especially the six of them in the December update
