This looks like a very generic windows error. I'd be happy to try and help if you can find logs or something that could at least point towards something actionable. Also, not sure if you're using the English version here or one of the translations available on this site, but unfortunately those are all "unofficial" so we can't say if something is corrupt with one of them.

Ok, how do I increase park rating? People say to go the schedule or have Belle do it, but I cant find the way to use these features? Currently only have Cindy and Aurora.

You need Belle for the feature to unlock on MC's comp. You can't and won't do anything until then
I have a missing Mulan scene and a missing outfit in this update. Does anyone have any hints?
I cant seem to get all the scene for most of the princesses. Ariel: 15/16 Aurora: 15/16 Belle: 11/12 Cinderella: 16/17 Mulan: 20/21 Rapunzel: 10/11. All outfits have been unlocked, all villains beaten. I'm at a loss on what I'm missing here.

Draw the stripper bar, put girls in it through MC's PC, go check them out at night. Been asked a few hundred times since the bar came into play last year .........................

How I Unlocked Belle: After the scene where you unlock Aurora's Nude Outfit click on Yen's hat in your office, Yen should immediately say:
And at the end your character should say:
After which Enchanted Castle should be available under Attractions:

↑ You can find Tiana in Splash Mountain iirc. left side of the map right beneath Big Thunder Mountain.
I like this game. It's easy to go out of sequence and unlock/progress things without making sense so that could be streamlined more but otherwise I really liked it. Loved Mulan and Ariel content.

f.e.: I had Toon Town fully developed and even the VIP achievement but couldn't figure out why I couldn't send the princesses to work there since the option was clearly there in the schedule tab. Only after advancing with Belle enough did I unlock the feature to use the schedule tab, which I already had access to, that it enabled the option.

That reminds of the old joke that there are 2 types of females on the Internet: 13-year-old boys pretending to be 30-year-old women and 50-year-old men pretending to be 18-year-olds.
Just how young is "too young"? Realize that the Real Life Pocahontas was only 14 at the John Smith episode. And as I mentioned earlier, the younger characters COULD be included in non-sexual scenes, such as being visitors to the park.
I'm guessing that we are going to see Meg from Hercules pretty soon, since Greece has been drawn as a Park Attraction.
But you have ALREADY started down that "Rabbit Hole" by having them perform at the Strip Club. It's just a Hop, Strip and Charge an extra $20 to make them whores.

Need major help on helga quest been hitting all attractions and don't have a single treasure idk if it's a bug or not.

Yeah so this is a problem we haven't quite figured out how to solve. The club itself unlocks during the Pete storyline, which itself has no higher blockers. But you can't actually put girls there (or Club 33) until you finish the park rating/slut outfits sidequest, which no one does because they hate and actively avoid talking to Yen Sid and miss the trigger. Players complained about not knowing how to assign girls there after Jessica says you can, so we changed that so that the schedule functionality unlocks with the FIRST thing you unlock out of the slut outfits, the club, or Club 33. BUT you still can't put girls in the club until you have their slut outfits, with the idea that you still have to slowly corrupt them a little before you outright send them to a strip club.
Probably a future build will change it so Pete's quest doesn't trigger until after the slut outfits quest is finished.
