Having events is fine, but having to go 10x through a long event to unlock all scenes is just tedious.

I'm on Alice's first challenge, and I can't figure out who I'm supposed to ask for help. The MC says he knows someone wise, but I don't know who he means. Help?
I'm hoping this not dependent on some Princess I haven't unlocked yet, because that means I can't stop the Queen from harassing people. I don't like being given problems that I can't solve, especially when they have the potential to cause "damage" (to reputation, in this case).
I gather there's some randomness to the order of some things, and that concerns me. I met Pocahontas, and the MC said something about Belle having a theory, but I haven't seen Belle at all yet. Related to the random villain attacks, I have to admit I'm fairly displeased by the fact that Iago is allowed to continue showing up and making trouble, but the solution to him is not yet in the game. That's kind of a messed up situation to put players in. I'm hoping that if I just don't show up to his appearances at the mountain, that I won't take the hit to park reputation, but still. That is a very uncomfortable feeling as a player.

IIRC the "someone wise" was Belle, try to talk to her during the day or at night.

... I have built every attraction in the park EXCEPT for the Nation themed locations.
Belle has not appeared, yet. Is she in France, because the original pre-Disney story was French? That seems rather cryptic.
I have Cinderella, Aurora, Jessica Rabbit, Pocahontas (she doesn't trust me yet), and I've met Alice. Other than sleeping with a couple of villains, that's all the girls I've found so far. So, yes, the answer is that I have found a problem before finding the solution, and there's nothing I can do until I find the right girl, somehow.
Based on how I found Cinderella and Aurora, I've been assuming that the new girls all appear based on what you've built, so I've been building things as fast as possible. I am beginning to think that was a mistake...
Hold up ... there IS NO "France"?! I'm pretty sure "Disney Paris" is a thing! Where TF is Belle?!
I don't think this game's progress works the way I thought it worked, and I think I'm screwed, again. Last time I played this a couple years back, I built too many attractions without Protection, and it turned into a losing game of chasing the fires.
This time, I focused on hanging out with Cindy while practicing drawing. I had my draw skill up to 100 (without cheats) before I even found Aurora or drew most of the attractions, so that I could draw the hell outta some money for fast upgrades once I started actually drawing more attractions, and then I just sped through drawing, protecting, and upgrading everything super fast, paying the extra to do each thing in one day. But I've still only got Cindy and Aurora, and now my reputation is sunk from villains to where I can't get Aurora to go on dates with me. How was I SUPPOSED to play this game? I feel like I've done it "wrong" twice now.

I don't know how you are supposed to play, I think everyone just uses cheats for money and reputation.
Does anybody know how to unlock the superhero event? I've drawn all the buildings, and STILL nothing!
It is a red mark during day time in the EPCOT (Expension) map next to the Japan Pavilion.
Replay it from the calendar multiple times. Choose the same person twice to unlock something special for them. Choose both of the Big Heroes to unlock a combo scene. That should unlock all the scenes. There is one extra costume in the shop after you've unlocked Helen's scene.
