It's censored.

The censorship is baked into the asset. You'll need to redraw the genitals yourself or hire one who knows.

And before anyone asks censorship is thanks to Japanese laws on pornography.

idk if you done it already, but you need to bathe with her atleast once and unlocking affection 175 or have 200 affection after 25 days or both
