HTML Patreon and real porn

Hi,

I'm on my way to publish an html real porn game and I did all the necessary stuff for patreon but my page has been refused by moderation.
I went to see the rules and I think it's because my banner picture had tits visible on it.
But now I also see that real people porn seems to be against their rules wich is a problem.
Hence my question, how do all people here making real porn games managed to have a patreon ?
How can I do if they refuse my page again now I changed the banner but the game itself is still porn ?

Nudity in your banner has always been a big no-no AFAIK.

I believe it's only been recently that there's been a major crackdown on real porn games (or to be more accurate, putting real people into adult media without their permission). A lot of HTML games are pretty under the radar in the big scheme of things but are also likely one bad day away from being reported and then taken down from Patreon.

I'd advise either finding alternative imagery or just going text based. You might be able to stay under the radar, but I honestly see things only getting harsher when it comes to real porn games from here on out.

You could create a text-based core game and outsource the real porn content to downloadable packs. These packs should not be advertised on Patreon.

Generally, there are quite a lot of real porn games on Patreon right now, but it's a niche genre, so you theoretically could just try to fly under the radar. But you've got to ask yourself if it's worth the hassle. Once things go wrong, you're screwed.

1. No NSFW (including implied nudity) outside of the paywall. That means banner/tiers/public posts all need to be SFW.

2. Real porn is banned from Patreon. This is related to

by platforms distributing porn involving real people. This also applies to Steam and Itch.io; none of them want to deal with the FBI knocking on their door asking for records on how old your models are.
