Also you have to use the soul reaper medallion rangiku gives you and activate it. You'll know there a hollow when you hear a certain audio cue.

You mean she got taken by another guy at the beach right? Yea that's happens. Just wait a few days until she's done. Do the cg for the other characters to get hearts

Wait til the crosshair is on his green pack. You just need to land six shots on the green pack.

Go to the mall and the to the bazaar to buy the circuit breaker and then go to the alley at night. Once inside, repair the fuse box and talk with Emma. Do her quest and then you'll unlock it. The characters will be locked until they reach very dominant.

Hotel ones should already be unlocked. They are in room 304 or 204 (can't remember the room number but it's right across from yours). Get rangiku to very dominant and gift her the bikini. Works for the Robin and Nami as well. Once you give Rangiku the bikini, head to the beach bar and give her ice cream. Then head to actual beach area where she'll be with a dude and then you'll unlock the beach cg.

hkw0913, You probably missed a character cg you forgot to do. Try doing all the cgs with all the characters to find out who you missed
