PC System issue with new uploaded AVN's

You see I've been playing VN's for an entire year in System 32 and never had an issue while in my system but lately the uploads had been only in System 64 and while I play the VN starts to get slower and slower till it stops advancing in the dialogue. So, can someone tell how to fix it? It's pretty annoying, please?

How old is your OS for a 64bits games to be this problematic ?
