PDF Restrictions remover

Hi guys,

I have a bunch of PDFs that I'd like to convert to CBZ. The extraction part is easy (with a Mac), but is only possible when there is no copy restriction...
I've looked for a little pdf decrypter, but the only things I find are maleware and/or very very limited sharewares.

Do you know something that can do the job, for windows or mac?

on Linux. Step #2 should be the same on Mac, as for #3 I don't know.

It seems to work with windows! I was skeptical, having tried other softwares of the same kind, but good surprise in the end!
