Overview:
Penlight is a visual novel set in a high-school with a heavy emphasis on mental conditioning. While still in development, the current release is fully playable from start to finish with over a dozen possible endings. It should be noted that all characters featured in the game are in their senior year of high school and are over 18 years of age.

Its a good game, but its far from first release, probably worth cut and pasting the changelog and fetishes the creator lists, since its pretty different to whats listed here (for example big tits aren't really a feature, on the other hand there is a scene of both tickling and petplay thats optional if you want).

For some reason i always hate this kind of game (mind control), but i want to try this and see if its good

Its nice to see this end up here! Penlight is actually really quite good. Sayori is my favorite character.

been a whole extra day's work that I wasn't expecting, but here it is!
This release brings a wealth of visual upgrades to various CGs as well as a couple of all-new ones, not to mention Risa's sprite getting brought up to par with the main girls. Her upgraded sprite's been put to good use in some newly-written scenes~
Speaking of, I did hit a block for Nozomi's Reversal story as I expected, so I decided to simply write up the outline I made in the previous update and think about what to do from there. I'm still not really sure how to proceed at this time, but ideas are starting to form, and I'm definitely in a better place with it than when I started work on it again a few weeks ago. I hope you enjoy what's written, because I think there's some fun stuff in there!
Anyway, working all through the weekend and today has really drained me so I'm gonna take a well-earned break before I think about what I'm gonna do for next time. Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy this release! I think it's one of the best ones I've put out in a while and I'm mostly pleased with it :)

What's New
  • Nozomi's Reversal storyline has now been fully dialogued up to day 7
  • Added a new CG to Hiroko's original storyline
  • Added new CGs to Nozomi's Reversal storyline
  • Upgraded Risa's sprite with a new outfit, a second pose and a couple more expressions
  • Added a few more assets to Hiroko's basic CG set, and converted a couple of early scenes on the Villainous route to make use of them
  • Added a laughing face to Kyou's sprite (rarely used, but it's in there)
  • Added a fingersnap pose to the couch scene CG
  • Added one new music track that plays briefly during the Reversal storyline
  • Fixed Nozomi having two left feet for one of the CGs in her Trance storyline
  • Spanish translation: Day 4 is now fully translated, and numerous typos were fixed in the day 1-3 scripts
  • Word count is now around 210,000
  • Usual miscellaneous spelling and grammatical corrections
Known Issues
  • Changing the language on a line where an animation occurs (like screen shake) will throw up an error
  • Some code changes on the Villainous Robot path will mean any old saves will produce errors. Sorry about that ^^;

I really like "Even in Sorrow, a Black Lily Blooms" even thought it has very little content and when looking for other games like that, I got directed to this one, I remember seeing that this one didn't have any sex scenes but now I look and it says 18+ soo..
Hyh. well we will see :3

I tried this out at least six months ago. There were only a few endings at time, and even the 'good' endings were on the dark/depressing side of things. I haven't kept a close eye on the project, but I feel it's pretty safe to say that if you are just after some quick porn you should avoid this game. The game was(is) filled with a ton of branches with pretty much every choice you make leading down a different path. Most of them eventually became rather linear because alternate branches were left as TBC choices. I hope some of those have been filled, but I have no clue.

its somewhat getting on my nerves and ticking me off that the paths the you take that are not romance and consensual all end in bad gameovers, like wtf? there is like only one way to play and its just romance option?

edit: i just saw in another path the mc lets his penlight get destroyed by the girls bcs its too powerful? like wtf how wimpy can he be? that thing is one of a kind and could make him a millionaire who in their right mind would let it be destoryed instead of having a gild like him?
