Dev decided to completely ditch the game and is making a new one with the "same" characters and a completely different plot. If you care about it here's his substar

So, my professional work contract is now complete, and with the project successfully released, I finally have the time to fully dedicate myself to completing our game faster and in high quality (regarding CG / Animations). However, I can only commit 100% to game development if it's financially viable and sustainable and profitable in the long run. This is my opportunity to see if this can flourish as a long-term venture, so I’m not currently seeking other work. Any tips, donations, or subscriptions would mean the world to me as I strive to keep this project public and accessible to everyone!

Dang. Completely frozen in this scene.You can see the mouse is pointing at those buttons and they are still lit but cannot be clicked.
