how much debt do you have to rack up before Reiki tries to collect?

I was stuck trying yo find the same scene, turns out the kitsune mansion must be completed first (capture boss), seems like an oversight to me

I still can't access Reiki's scenes even after capturing Kano. It might be because I'm playing an older save file that I copy+pasted into the new folder, but my god I don't think I can be fucked grinding another fresh save to this point.
Am I missing anything besides capturing Kano and doing a bunch of requests for Reiki?

So Felicity recently left my party for a bit thanks to a Julian end of day event but now im only able to only have 2 other Party members and whenever i try to take out another servant it just says "You need space in your party first". Only thing that changed since then i believe is that my submission went from 20 -> 22 and i captured the wolf on the same day before Felicity left for a few days and only tamed the wolf a couple days after Felicity returned. Is this intentional? And if not how do i fix it?
