WE NEED:
More different body types: Tomboy, Loli, Fat, Skinny, Tall, Shortstack.
Different breast sizes to match the clothing.
Different heights and skin types to suit age and race, Scales on dragons would be nice, and we could even add ultra-rare futanari girls or some characteristics specific to a given race, beast girls with cat ears and tails.
Pubic hair, armpit hair, or even more types of nipples.

Expand facial expressions. If a girl has maximum friendship with us, she should see us with a smile. If one is hostile because of our actions, she should have an angry face, not cooperate, and insult us. Two options, if we have a high friendship factor, are consensual sex; the second option could be rape, which would reduce friendship but increase submission, or something similar. In prison, we could torture them to create slaves; in a tavern, we would create girls who are in love with us.
Each race should have a unique scene that utilizes their unique anatomical features, e.g., the elves' ear-fucking, tail-job, etc.
We don't need more story and village micromanagement, just more options for actual gameplay.
All of this would improve the roleplay experience.
Most bugs occur because the game forces the end of the shift on you, leaving you stuck. I recommend using Imperial Gatekeeper's solution: when time runs out, you can't call anyone new, but you can still finish the current person, and you have to manually end the shift yourself.
