I'm not saying there aren't, but there will very few of these. The core of the straight erotic story, the main tension which moves the plot forward, more often than not comes from female characters being generally uninterested in sex (with the MC) while the male MC trying to get them to spread their legs. Going against this basic concept, which has been serving the human race for literally thousands of years, is complicated.

I can't think of other promiscuous-MC games with that level of general filth, but here are some other suggestions.
i remember an old game of technobreak (nymphomania priest's dev) that i used to play. it was about summer of a famous student council president who actually a pervert. but i cant remember the game's name now, do you have any idea?

There's a ton, and I have no idea which two games he's talking about. I will skip the most obvious examples and recommend Branded Azel. I didn't play the first game in the series, but it may be even more up your alley.

Can't remember any others. Not all of those have hobos, but they have one or the other from what you're looking. Either smegma, piss etc, or degradation or both. Slice of Venture is somewhat unique, that's why it was one of the top games here until the huge influx. There are bunch of games that probably have it, but I don't remember. Some have been in development, but have been taken down, or loli games with all that. Also plenty of VNs with that, but I can't say for sure, I don't play VNs much (if you sort by jap game + complete + all time +VN then most of the top ones have your tags, especially games by Lilith. That's it, maybe I'll edit my post if anything comes to mind.
