This is my list of the best games in terms of customization and sandbox/openworld for Futa and Horse Futa.
You guys can also provide more games that fit these criteria in the comments and im open to try new ones. Some may not include sandbox/open world and some may include furry content.
(I provide some explaination under them so you know what you gonna deal with + "pros" that act kinda like tags but only the stuff i remember because some games i played months ago and no "cons" because i just dont wanna do that here)

My english isnt the best too, so let me know if i misspelled anything. I only include my name so people can find it better when searching.

The best text based game in my opinion. The only thing i miss, is the lack of different dicks like giving my character a horse dick for example.
Otherwise its just so good and i replay it alot already. You can tweak the settings to your liking because it has ALOT rape content and im not really into that.

Carnal Instinct
One of my all time fav 3d games and the only game where i payed the patreon for some time. Had to pause that for a while for personal reasons.
But i have to say, the Unreal engine 4 version felt a bit better in terms of customization. I just hope they include everything from it to the new version soon.
Sadly you cant change much on the character but thats most likely for the animations to work properly.

True Facials
(More like a poser than a game) I dont know if it gets more updates but its such a good poser that i actually make clips and images from it and share them online. More people should know it, so it can grow and maybe we get it to be one of the best posing "games".

Beasts in the Sun
Not really a Futa game because the dick you can give her is most of the time just decoration but the peeing feature works with it and has its own animations so maybe we get more of that in the future.
Very good story game with super detailed animations. Animo Pron has some of the best animations and Videos i have seen so far.

Waifu Dreams City
I am replaying this one right now and it instantly got up so high in my list that i have to put it here. It got new content and you can do so much more now. The city is actually a city now, before it was only the main street in fron of the house, the house wasnt big and now you can buy items and upgrades for it. Really good 3d game with lots of futa content.

3d furry game where you have to pleasure customers for the story but i havent reached anything on that game tbh. Already replay it right now because i like the customization very much.

Broken Dreams Correctional Center
Very good text based game but held back by the story and theme in my opinion. It could have much more content if it wouldnt have the story and theme it has.
But the animations and visuals make it so much better than most text based games.

Lust Doll Plus
Very nice 2d game where you can costumize and fuck around while having interesting characters and a world to explore. I played the whole game until getting stuck on some part but i def will replay this game

Breeders of the Nephelym
A very nice 3d game where you can try to make different sorts of furry characters. You can try to make them how you like them but its not the biggest range of things because sadly the characters have a limit of traits they can have. The world is okay-ish tho, there could be way more interesting stuff to do because i was 99% of the time breeding some new futa girl thats gonna breed all the others. I could see me paying for this but for that it should show more new content that makes me go "woaaa!!".

Flavie's Leaf !!Special Mention!!
HUGE POTENTIAL!!! Please check it out and give a review for the devs! Its very very early in developement but you can already see where its going and it looks very good! In this game you are a waitress and serve customers drinks and get to fuck with them.

(More like a poser than a game) Still needs updates but the animations are already very good and help to get this high in my ranking. But we have to see if its going to be that good in the future because alot of people already feel like its just to get patreon money. And it kinda is, because alot of content like characters are behind the paywall and they fight against that people want all the content for free before paying something. But so far it is good and gets updates.

(More like a poser than a game) Very nice furry game but more for VR users i think. Does not have much futa content sadly, nor customization for the characters to make them how you like it.
But still very good voice acting, sounds, visuals and you can pose them.

It is a shame its abandoned because i really like it and it would be on the top tiers on my ranking. Its a game where you fight and collect xp to get new positions for sex, new armor and more.

AI Shoujo and Honey Select 2
Both are very good but they could get more updates. Sadly they are finished and wont get any more updates. The customization is really good but you need to expect clipping because futa and big dicks is not what the devs had in mind sadly. That is why i dont play them much. I create characters that look hot but i cant really let them have fun because the clipping just ruins the immersion all the time. Honey Select 2 is the one i played more because its less heavy and in AI Shoujo you cant really do much because the building is only half baked and every interaction by npc's gives you a freeze for some reason.

Lust's Cupid
Reminds me of super deepthroat and is basically the same but with more customization options and a story. I like it but it still needs content.
Its a 2d deepthroat and sex game with xray if you want.

Warlock of Lust
Hear me out on this one! It may not look and play very interesting at start but being open for it is key. I was surprised on how good this game is. The hardest thing are the controls and sometimes not knowing what to do exactly. But you can use a Futa Girl as Character and have fun.

Tropical Monster Girls
There was a gamebreaking bug at first, but then i could play it with the fix i link here. The game is early in development so i cant really tell much. Its nice and worth trying out but i might never replay it because the gameplay loop wasnt that interesting to me.

Dungeon: Raid Her
So this one is from the same devs as Dungeon: Keep Her but it goes down here because right now, its just worse i think. It has potential but it is so clunky in most of its gameplay and sadly not visually interesting, atleast from what i have seen. Tho, you should try it out because it still has good customization, lots of futa content and nice animations.

Not a game with futa content but very good and i actually bought that game years ago on the official site. If i would be a dev and had alot of money i would buy the rights to this game and make it a bigger sandbox with alot of content from the games on this list because the foundation of this game would be great for it.

This is one of the few games i didnt play much because i just was not hooked enough but its a nice game to try out tho.

Not a plug and play game but if you wanna have one of the best RPG's and some nsfw content, its the best. Modding Skyrim can be hard tho, so dont worry.

are the Sites you want to use.If you really get into it, you can have sex with all types of creatures, npc's and even animals and dragons.
I might make a Mod list post here and some tips for it because it can be alot and if you want to install more than just some visual and nsfw mods you need to make the perfomance of the game better and thats another topic of its own.
