Does anyone know if the steam version of 1.5.3 is broken aswell? Or is this an-anti piracy measure as was previously suggested before. Apart from that the guy with the 1.5.0 game is a legend, the game still works well, but sometimes the textures bug out on your builds so be warned (tho this was fixed in the steam 1.5.3. apperantly)
Thank you man. Most people weren't getting past the tutorial in 1.53 so they thought only the tutorial fight was bugged, but I used cheat engine to get past it, ALL the NPC's are bugged and fall through the map. Every enemy, even monster girl NPC's, 1.53 is unplayable.
I'm pretty sure this change in 1.53 is the cause:
v1.5.3
Fixed NPC pathfinding not working on stone stairs.
Most likely they fucked up the physics rendering logic...
From what I saw, its that every enemy/character constantly moves down from its original location where its supposed to be (whats why it looks just fine, when you Pause the game)

Most likely, yeah. I attempted to decompile the code with AR using two methods:
a) trying to preserve the IL2CPP method code (L3);
b) With generating dummy methods (L2).
With the first approach, during decompilation of the Pathfinding module, a traceback occurs.
b) In this approach, I was able to examine the poorly decompiled code and searched through method names and .cs files, but found nothing related to a piracy check.
I can only assume that a hotfix was released for the Steam version that fixed this issue.

Or maybe there copy-pasted some ancient generic steam-crack, which glitches somehow. Or maybe the archive has some ancient file from the previous version.

i was surprised how nice the game feels to play but i have the same problem. every npc but the guide fairy falls through the map on my save too. Hope someone can fix it or we get an update.
And this is why I need to read comments first... first time playing, managed to kill the bugged out tutorial goblin, spent a chunk of time building a cozy little house, only to finally notice the 'every npc falls through the floor' bug in this version. /~sigh

I wish I didn't have to charge up the broom you get from the shop in the tower to use it, I want to be able to press F and have it ready immediately so I can get distance when im fighting the boss monsters. Running takes up stamina and I need stamina to attack
