Technically?
If you click the the 'F' of the group name on the title screen you unlock everything which includes the advanced tools.

Knock out drugs will daze her and reset both red and blue progress. It'll also freeze progress from some actions (example: if inserted while knocked out and left drugged the 'spike' in blue doesn't happen when you undo it)

Sleeping drugs will stop all blue progress, but allow red progress.

Handcuffs will allow both blue and red progress, but she can't run away if blue bar fills.
