Click on "F" in "Fujizakuraworks" in main menu to get to maximum level instantly. And get access to cheat items such as handcuffs.

How do you unlock the cumflation?

You gain "experience", depending on how well you pleased a girl, when you press "finish" button. Eventually, you will unlock an option to make her belly bigger. This is purely cosmetic.
Note that you can only apply that option when you pull down her panties.
