VN Ren'Py Photo hunt: Stuck pls help

I'm playing photo hunt and trying to complete Jennifer's story and I want to find out about her past. The walkthrough says that I need to all to rachel and Evelyn but I can't find option to talk to them. Jennifer's love is over 70 and both the family members' love are over 30. Any advice would help, thanks
