a nice small sized dot-pixel game, the game is quite short but not necessarily a bad thing. the animations are nice but there are too few in my opinion, overall nice game. would be better if the dev developed this further and added more enemies and animations

Needs a lot more gameplay to be fun. The h-scenes are so low rez you can barely see anything, this looks like a 0.1 release or something, but this is the final release, don't waste your time here, there's far higher quality games here.

A really lovely pixel game. The art is good, the protagonist is well designed, and it's direct to the fun, no grinding or panning. BUT there are some issues: in the end there is a bait for a continuation and future new mechanics, so the complete tag here doesn't make much sense; there is no gallery, but if it's not completed, it makes sense; Biggest issue are controls and fullscreen, I don't want to play in a small window, and the controls aren't that clear from the start (but you get used to them quickly).

Most of this review is taken from my own comment on the thread. This is a short game you complete in under five minutes, and it was made completely by hand by one person who is clearly inexperienced. It is a completed project, but it will feel akin to a demo of a larger piece.

The art is simplistic but endearing. The game's supply of ammunition is perfectly balanced for you to be able to beat every enemy with a shotgun slug or two left over. It can be beaten with relative ease in under five minutes once you know what you are doing.

The game has only one actual "issue" with how it is built, and that's that your movement continues for a very small moment after you let go of a movement key. However, despite this being an actual problem which could have been fixed, it's also a complete non-issue. You stop moving automatically and immediately when you aim, and you can turn while aiming, so you should use this to do more precise movement the one or two times you may need it.

This delightful little game was made by one person who did everything and is clearly not a professional designer. This is a fantastic showing for someone like that, and it's very fun for what it is - a five minute spot of fun that we are getting for free.

Absolutely download it, and if you like this glimmer of the dev's potential, absolutely go support them on DLsite. The game is currently half off but even at full price, it sells for only a buck and a half. This is proof of a dev who could do pretty great work if supported.

Leaving a review just for how harsh the rating is. This is a $2 game that you all downloaded for free anyway, and it's perfectly fine for what it is. You guys take hentai too seriously. I see this a lot in reviews, like damn do you all expect professional quality on games that are solely designed for beating your dicks to?

    This feel's like a beginner's attempt at a side-scrolling Resident Evil knockoff.

While the pixel dot animations are decent, the pixel art itself is merely passable at best and pretty bad at worst. Proportions for enemies are all over the place. At least the main character is kinda neat looking, but there isn't enough consistency to applaud.

Movement feels bad. There's a delay between when you let go of a movement key and when your character actually stops moving. It's not that there's a momentum system -- your character simply keeps moving for about a quarter of a second too long. There's no jumping, just running left or right, or entering doorways by pressing up or down on the controls, similar to the NES Friday the 13th game.

Combat is super basic. Hold your gun out with z, fire with x, press Space to knife enemies that grab you or use <- or -> to struggle. Press x by itself to reload. It's boring.

All in all, this is the effort of someone getting their feet wet. They need the assistance of a proper artist, and they need to spend more time making their gameplay loop into something engaging and worthwhile.

Feel free to pass this one up.
