Yeah but that DLL is directly related to .NET Framework. The system wont drop that error if it finds it in the PATH/system folders. This issue is likely only to happen to wine if .NET cannot be installed there. Even if its exclusive to this game, .NET is the fix here.

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't need to install .NET in my Wine prefix since its already there. I just played a different Unity game without issues, the problem is with this specific game only.
Dunno, all I know is that I want to really like the game but it is a bit of a slog, trying to do any of the work stuff(near impossible to get awesome rating, at least for me, the speech bubble thing is ridiculous, no way could I get to those using my laptop's touchpad) and it is a memory hog. Also, seems like you can do some crazy stuff, minus any penetration or bjs yet but the lewdness and exhibitionist stats are pretty low for that content, where you can't wear certain clothes yet.Yeah the problem is he's claiming working on this game full time so he asks for supporters, yet delivers half hour worth of content in almost a year. He's probably working full time on another job and he's lying about that.
I really cant see what could possibly be different in this game to cause a .NET dll to be complaining in wine, i can only say Wine is likely to blame here. Possibly a unity version that doesn't play well with wine for some reason? It's a strange issue for sure. But yeah, Unless the game is targeting DX12 this game should run even down to windows 7
the grind would make sense if the world expands enough, but in testing without enough content it needs to be accelerated
I can think of several reasons such as that DLL requiring a specific system DLL version or function that isn't emulated in my version of Wine. This isn't the first game that I ran into that required Windows 10 or 11-specific functions and refused to even start. Eventually wine will emulate those functions but it takes time.

It's been too long since I played this part of the content. And this time I skipped everything. The game is already grindy enough for me to waste time on old content. especially since I'm mainly here for the girl vs girl action anyway. I don't really need the ugly old cracker.
This specific DLL is not a windows system file, mscorelib is 100% .net related. And while .NET is included in windows, It's installable separately (though quite integrated into windows). This is very likely not a 10/11 function problem, As .NET Framework 4.8 is about the latest and installs on Windows 7 (and 4.8.1, but no one uses it since it adds very little) excluding the more standalone .net core products which also work on 7. I may setup a wine environment later, But as long as your wine installation has .NET installed this error shouldnt occur at all as mscorelib.dll (and the other .net dlls like mscoree) requirement should be satisfied.
