I think, this is BS.

Two reasons:
The more a dev chats about his private life, to keep "us" happy, the less he actually works on the project.

untill patch v0.9 he was releaseing new content every month, with the free version only 1 patch behind.
than he changed everything, taking longer to finish patches, and free version releases being behind 4-5 patches.
when he intended to have this game be a f2p game, he is now more a money grubbing greedy dev.
used to respect him, not anymore.
when i called him out on that, simply told me i was lying.
hate to dissapoint, i remember allot of useless stuff.
including those conversations.

At least we've got mechanics for any future game: Abby is a game developer living it up on donations. Whenether she continue upgrade PC, license software, make updates and release her game eventually, or spent income on house, clothes and parties with drinks. You choose, but beware of donaters who might not be agree with your decision... (Here occurs spying, blackmail, pursuing, kidnapping, gangrapes etc). Game's name would be: Release Late!

This 4 year old saga looks like milking behaviour intended policy (like 95% around) rather than development difficulties, but I accept a chance the dev has reached burnout long time ago. Hell knows.
