Here is my 2 cents. Cancer is a horrible thing to happen to a person, if true that the dev's mother has cancer I wish her all the best in fighting it and beating it. However if the dev is lying about his mother having cancer then they are scum. Sadly so many devs seem to have horrible things happening to them all at once that I feel positive not all of them are telling the truth and so people are less and less trusting of devs in general especially ones who claim illness or whatever else that prevents them from putting out more of their game/product.
I wish more devs would just be honest about what is going on... however I also wish people waiting for updates would be more patient and less rude, if you are on this site chances are you are not supporting any dev and are getting a product for free... in which case the dev owes you NOTHING. Those of us who like the products devs are putting out do ourselves no favors by constantly attacking devs. I for one would like the products to continue even if they take a long time and there are VERY SELFISH people who are so rude and disgusting that they cause the dev to stop their product.

YES. Joke's aside, I’m just tired. Some game devs like our Aby, just shamelessly milk their audiences. No pride, no remorse. And as someone who's been into this hobby for years, it's honestly disheartening. My cynicism has hit critical mass. The list of hentai games full of the same kind of bullshit is so long now, it’s easier to count the devs who actually care

the dev did plan to make lingerie store accessible after the introduction with kayla, but it got delayed

Because "Reya the Elf" is just a low-effort porn VN with no actual gameplay. Pornhub may become a much better source of "excellent animated sex scenes" for you if this is the only thing you need from adult game (!).
As opposed to the fantasic gameplay of this where you move left or right, and press interact? Or the massive amount of scenes such as, 1 shower scene, and, man plays with cock while jenny bends over. Not forgetting the Oscar worthy, man touches jenny on bus but oops, its a dream.
Haha not throwing shade, I'm not into vns myself (would rather just open nhentai) but let's not act like this game has some in depth gameplay or even a good story. It COULD, and certainly has the potential with the restaurant mechanics... but as said before, we won't see anything like that for another year, and story wise we're just kind of waiting for *something* to happen after a great setup.
