(this became my favorite thread... once, I decided that I will not only keep reading the new posts here, but also I'll gradually read it from the beginning... still not done with that;-) I found one post which mentioned that "Abelius admitted himself that he uses Playmaker to code and relies on AI for writing".
So, let me re-count this.
Abelius cannot code.
Abelius cannot write.
Abelius cannot draw.
Again, my mind got the idea that if any fan here would start working on a similar theme game - I keep hearing how "rare" this game's concept is -
today, they might still win the race with Abelius?
What scares most people off is the coding. But, there is the option to simply download "Unity" + "Playmaker for Unity". There are enough online tutorials and wide community to help you out. So actually, that renders many people capable enough to become a game dev!
As for writing, for me that's the most simple thing in the world, to write some dialogues, to think of a story. Any game fan has million ideas what they would like! But if Abelius uses AI, then I guess anyone can.
Abelius fired his artist and now uses AI for art. So, again, any of us could, too. But, if the fan did draw, something else than Naikal, but equally nice, then they might rule in the end
