As the title suggests, is there a place similar but for non-english games? Personally, I wouldn't have an issue if the DLsite allowed paypal transactions for adult materials. And I don't know if it can accept cards from out of Japan. Even if it could, I'm one of the few still skeptical about using it online at all.
