...hard to say but I have to be realistic about it...and yes ok...it´s a BETA...but...
...tons of better material on the market, even with the Unitiy Engine.
If this is just "I just want to try it out."...ok. No problem...but it is´nt.
...and from this perspective...sorry. I don´t know where should this end up...
...if the model/engine is´nt the best choice, play with other characteristics...
We will see what will be in the future...at the moment it looks like an game/sim on an Jellybean Android Device years ago.
And if you have´nt any story, no "thrilling" ambience and just the character/model in a few actions ?
You def. have to come with more.
It looks simply bad.

Looks meh, this seems like pre pre alpha. At least, create a basic room unstead of just black emptiness.
Of course this is a simulator but wrapping it with a dust of story or context would be ideal, like a lobby similar to a living room where you can see or interact with the model (other than fuck).

Then you would have the bare minimum for people to visit and review your game (I didn't, just the image gave me a idea of what the game is like).

As for polishing... boobs physics, hair physics and clothes physics! (if clothes are added)
Add to that moans and breathings with a lot of variants (Not 5sec loop).

I suggest the overview should NOT be taken from the developer or the store, because it is already full of false information. Really bad tech demo. Even Illusion games (fully pacthed and rigged) have better interactions.
