Identify Please help identify an older game

I think I played this game a couple years ago, I don't remember where. Hopefully I'm not mixing up multiple half remembered games.

The art style was 3d renders (similar to Milfy City/Being a DIK). The character was a male protagonist. The game was set in modern day, maybe a well-off suburb. There was an overworld map and you'd visit different locations throughout the day to either complete tasks or meet potential partners.

One girl lived at a nearby farmhouse.
One girl worked at the store/gift shop.
A slightly older woman lived in a mansion. I think her story had something to do with an open arrangement with her infirm husband.
I think another girl was your neighbor and had a quest to buy a foreign cereal brand from the store as a gift.

I believe the game had a Halloween event where you bought a costume for the girl you were pursuing and escorted her to a party at the local Country Club.

Does this ring a bell for anybody?

It resemble The Promise to me, at least first half of Your description, the second one not really, but I also didn't play it that much, so maybe...

This vaguely reminds me of Fall Fable. But I don't remember any Halloween event, so I suppose that isn't the game you're looking for.

I think it's a game made with Honey Select models and there was a beach there as well that unlocked later in the story. It's similar to Polarity. IIRC, the girl at the farmhouse had big tits and wore overalls a lot. The older lady lived in an apartment complex but she owned the whole building and her hubby wasn't able to perform at all. And it did have a halloween event. Trouble is, I can't quite get the name of it and there's TONS of honey select renpy games with harem, male protag, etc.
