Well, it's an apk, so and Android application. Don't they set themselves up automatically once you've put them on your android device ?

Not sure if you are still looking for an answer to the issue here. But in any case, I would recommend looking for alternative file-hosting sites that post the DL link for the "7 Islands Domain" game. It could be that the android DL posted on F95 might be faulty in a sense, and does not contain all of the core files needed to run the apk package. ~ Just a suggestion
