If you haven't played sisterly lust I recommend that one, great story and plenty of action. Another good one (though it's based on step sister rather than mother) is freeloading family, great story again, great characters and action. Also, "where the heart is" is another good one (mother & two sister), with excellent writing and storylines so far.

I just finished motherly love and while it's great, I felt better after playing the above mentioned games.
