Pictures 1 & 2 looks like they're rendered in a 3D modeller, like Blender, 3Dmax and such (maybe even DAZ3D). Cartoon style characters are possible by using special shaders and lighting.

Picture 3 looks like it was made with Daz3D (or maybe by an experienced Honey Select 2 / Stufio Neo user).

Anyway, hard to tell with such low resolution pictures you've posted and no source given.
