No, They aren't related, I have used it as just the translation to "ojisan, obasan" They are just older people who he addresses as Grandpa and Grandma. Its stated in the call with his mother that they were neighbors and the old couple didn't have kidsProbably missing context in the earlier comment pages, but from what the description and screenshots show in the first post, shouldn't this have the incest tag given that they're the protag's grandpa and grandma? Or is this a "protag just happens to be adopted" situation, even though it seems very much geared towards the incest kink?

I came for the potential of a real Netori game, and found out that we're (Players) are... getting there.
I can overlook the stinky-fetish stuff, as sometimes weird-smells create a mental-inebriation to blood-flow movements, as long as the MC can pound that fat Gilf and make her husband suffer with no action, cucks are to look, but never touch anymore, stay there if allowed, and watch a ploughing of rector-scale off-the-chart magnitude - unhinged "earthquake fucking" madness.
"Granny" is nasty, but in a good way, the only way, a rebirthed passion of the flesh, inevitable.
Players should take a chance, even if they're not into the smell-kink stuff. The art seems to be "manga-ish" without the censoring.
