Identify Pls help me to identify a game

I just vaguely remember one scene of the game.
Its a 3d game, realistic looking characters.
Scene is in a luxurious public bathroom, maybe of a restaurant oder hotel, sth like that.
Pretty sure the walls were tiled red, not 100% on that though.
Dont remember the MC, girl was tattoed asian with "short" hair, either black or red.
