Completed PM to someone who ignores you?

How would I know?
I'm pretty certain some users on here are ignoring me. But say if I PM one of them, would I get a message similar to "This user is ignoring you"`?

The only noticeable is that you auto left the conversation (name was stroked)

What is something interesting. You can PM the user, but you'll know that he'll not respond since he probably didn't get the PM.

Yeah, the PM was sent without issue.
lemonfreak still has me on ignore, I guess he forgot to unignore me hehe!

Nope, took you off ignore exactly when I said I would but then left for work and haven't time to post until now

Method#1: Select someone and go to their profile, click "Start conversation"
Method#2: Hover their Avatar in a topic and select "Start conversation" in the pop-up/baloon thingy
