This is not Ren'Py game it uses addon called Rakugo for Godot Engine so tag should be Other.

You can try launching again until it works.
I would be interested to know how many time was needed to get it working.

That bug is will be fixed in the next version. This is not my game but I'm the main dev of the engine it uses.
