Damn, pokemons with low spawn rate are harder to find than in the base game, and here you can just reset the field and not have to go back and forth in the grass... My gible never to appear...

To increase affection, you have to hangout with them and either talk to them, battle them, or gift them a pokemon. You can Battle them once a week and gift them a pokemon twice a week.
When gifting, they have preferred pokemon that gives higher affection. You can tell that the pokemon is preferred by the heart the shows next to the pokemon when gifting.

After reaching a certain amount of affection, hang out with them and kiss them. If you have enough affection, you get to have sex.

The only solution I found was to catch an Horsea and have it in the team. You can catch it in the places marked ocean (there is one in Kanto and one in Johto) with the fishingrod. It can take long time because it is very rare.
Okay. I can't post links, but I can help you. So here's what you're going to want to do :
1 : Grab your search engine of choice with safe mode off and look for "Kemono Party"
2 : Enter the website, pick the "Search" option in the Artists section, and enter "GigaChillDev" (case irrelevants) in the searchbar.
3 : Access the dev's patreon archive, then select the "Patreon 0.6 Early Access" entry (it should be the first one).
At the end of that entry, you'll find a google drive link that'll bring you to 0.6c.
If I understand your question correctly : No; it's still 0.6c as the last version.
If 0.7 is out, it hasn't been uploaded to Kemono Party yet.
